Important Instructions To Fill Update Udyam Registration Form

UDYAM REGISTRATION NUMBER : Applicant needs to enter his/her Udyam Registration Number exactly as mentioned on the Udyam Certificate.
APPLICANT NAME : Applicant is required to enter his/her name exactly as mentioned on the PAN card.
MOBILE NUMBER : Applicant is required to enter his/her Indian mobile number. Do not add +91.
EMAIL ID : Applicant is required to enter his/her email ID, as the certificate and acknowledgement will be sent to the registered ID.
CHOOSE OTP OPTION : Applicant is required to choose the option from which the OTP will be sent (registered email or mobile).
SUBMIT APPLICATION : Applicant has to click on the submit application button after all details and documents have been uploaded.
